Classes at VFD focus on fitness, self-empowerment and confidence both inside and out!
Our classes are “not” your typical mundane workout routines. VFD offers something for everyone and our class curriculums are designed to build strength, fitness and your mojo. We offer beginner through competition levels in all our classes so you can choose to attend classes just for fun or train to compete on a competitive level.

Our classes are super-fun & challenging!
All Vertical Fitness Dallas Classes are RSVP online only, your payment reserves your spot in class. All classes are just $25.00 when purchased individually. We also offer Memberships and Class Punch Cards as more affordable options.
ALL class fees are non–refundable. Classes may be made up within the following three months if canceled 12 hours in advance of class start time. Classes must have at least 5 students enrolled for a class to make up. To cancel your class, you must go to your VFD student profile, click on your schedule and choose the cancel button next to the class you want to cancel. When you have successfully canceled your class, you will receive a class cancelation email from VFD. Failure to cancel your class 12 hours in advance, will forfeit your opportunity to make up your class. (Please note, if you are a VFD member and “no-show” or “late cancel” to a reserved class, you will be assessed a no-show/late cancel fee of $25. 2 consecutive no-shows will require your next class to be scheduled by calling the main office) Remember, by canceling in advance, you allow another student the opportunity to enjoy your spot in class.
- Please “do not” wear lotion, body creams, oils or any type of jewelry as it will interfere with your grip on the pole
- Shorts or capri leggings are recommended
Silks, or Aerial Classes
- Capri leggings with close fitting legs are recommended attire
What to Bring: Bring your power, a strong confident attitude and water.
Exercise Outside of Class: In between classes, we recommend exercise that balances a cardiovascular workout with one that strengthens your upper body and core. Push ups and pull ups are always a great choice.
You may have the opportunity to be moved “from” the waitlist “into” the class if a student that is enrolled in the class cancels their reservation. We immediately notify the 1st person on the waitlist if a spot becomes available for the waitlisted class. If they are unable to make the class, then we then notify the next person on the waitlist until the spot is filled. We allow 3 students to be waitlisted for each class.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict in advance if a spot will open up in our classes. Many times spots will open up due to various circumstances but the it could be three days before class or 2 hours before class start time. As soon as a class spot opens up we notify the first person on the waitlist via email or text. You will have the opportunity to take the spot that has opened up in class or refuse the spot. You will not be charged for the class unless you do actually make it into the class.
