Classes at Vertical Fitness Dallas
Classes at Vertical Fitness Dallas are “not” your typical mundane workout routines. All of our classes are super fun that provide challenging workouts and build you self-confidence. Our classes are designed to tone and tighten muscles, build core and upper body strength as well as increase your cardio endurance. Our wide variety of classes at Vertical Fitness Dallas offer something for everyone. Our Pole Classes are offered in Levels, begin in Level 1 and work your way up. Our Fitness/Dance Classes are great for “everyone” as all moves have modifications and you work at your own ability level. Enroll in a class today and begin your transformation!
What’s in a Pole Class?
Pole dancing for fitness can be challenging, but the rewards are endless. Classes involve gentle, warm-up conditioning, followed by learning a set of core moves. Each student will progress according to her own ability and individual strength. There is an element of dance to this sport, and each student will discover her body’s own organic movement.
The Benefits of Pole Dancing
Our classes can help you develop your upper body and core strength, maintain body weight and even provide a good cardiovascular workout. But the real benefits from pole dancing are internal. Pole dancing is a wonderful form of self expression that comes from the very core of what it means to be a woman. You will find yourself developing a secret strength and source of confidence that can empower you in your everyday life. Pole flight is exhilarating!
Our Philosophy
We believe pole dancing workouts are challenging and super fun. Typically, pole dancing has been associated with a more erotic setting. But today, modern fitness instructors like Karen have found pole dancing to be a fantastic replacement for mundane fitness routines. In fact, pole dance classes that focus on both fitness and self-empowerment have become extremely popular in recent years. The sport has even been featured on Oprah. At Vertical Fitness Dallas, we want to help women get fit and feel comfortable in their own skin, because there’s nothing sexier than the inner confidence that pole dancing can provide. Once you try it, we’re sure you’ll be hooked.
Payment & Make–Up Policies
All Vertical Fitness Dallas Classes are RSVP online only, your payment reserves your spot in class. All classes are just $25.00 when purchased individually. We also offer Memberships and Class Punch Cards as more affordable options.
ALL class fees are non–refundable. Classes may be made up within the following three months if canceled 24 hours in advance of class start time. (Please note: if you are using a LivingSocial or Groupon Voucher the applicable dates stated on your voucher will still apply.) To cancel your class, please email info@verticalfitnessdallas.com or call 972-679-1020. Failure to cancel your class 24 hours in advance, will forfeit your opportunity to make up your class. Remember, by canceling in advance, you allow another student the opportunity to enjoy your spot in class.
Class Preparation
What to Wear: Comfortable workout clothes. Workout shorts are recommended for greater pole control. Please, “do not” wear lotions, body creams, oils or rings, as these will interfere with your grip on the pole. Please “do” wear deodorant, it is mandtory for all our VFD classes.
What to Bring: Bring your power, a strong confident attitude and water.
Exercise Outside of Class: In between classes, we recommend exercise that balances a cardiovascular workout with one that strengthens your upper body and core.
Poles for Individual and Home Use
Most students choose to purchase their own individual poles for home us. Vertical Fitness Dallas offers several options for professional dance poles for home fitness use. Please contact Karen to determine the best pole for you personal fitness needs.
