Pole Tricks and Combos
Pole Tricks and Combos is an Intermediate to Advanced Pole class. Students should be comfortable inverting, and climbing. Fluidity, lines, strength and stability are key elements focused on in this class. Tricks, moves and holds are combined together to create seamless, flowing transitions. Bring Pole tricks you currently possess and be prepared to learn new ones. This is a great class if you have a Pole Competition in your future or just enjoy the challenge of learning new Pole moves.
