TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training is the hottest workout, other than pole, to hit the fitness industry. This is a great cross training workout to build the strength and stamina needed for our Pole and Silk inverts and tricks. TRX is a VERY challenging workout that will help sculpt the body you want in no time.
