This is a great time take control of your body your health and your life we can help you! Join us for our 2011 Fit Body Challenge. We will commit to healthy choices that will not only transform our bodies but every aspect of our lives. This can be the most challenging, transformational months of your life and we commit to being with you every step of the way. What are you waiting for, your new life is waiting for you!
The Fit Body Team Challenge will include:
- The Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing Program and/or Maintenance
- Weekly Weigh in, measurements and photos to document your transformation in your Journal to Healthy, Hot and Happy
- Health and Wellness Coaching by Karen Palmer & other fitness and health professionals and guest speakers
- Weekly team conference calls to help you stay on track with questions, answers, tips and motivation
- Weekly Motivational Meetings with guest speakers and/or trainers
- Being a team member that supports and is supported by the most fabulous wonderful women on the planet
