Cassie Sterling
Cassie’s passion for dance began at a very early age. Her Mother was a professional ice skating coach and her strength and athleticism was naturally passed down from mother to daughter.
Three years ago, Cassie discovered Pole Fitness and was immediately drawn to the athleticism and art of the sport. She fell in love with it’s physical challenges while it encouraged her to blend her feminine side along with her “ninja” skills from a previous life.
Cassie became a member of the Vertical Fitness Dallas Family and embraced it’s supportive, positive environment. She loves helping women blossom into their full potential and gain confidence, strength and grace thorough Pole. She aspires to be a Competitive Pole Champion and inspires and encourages all women to follow their dreams.
