Jennifer Clark
A long time yoga student and teacher, Jen has always had an active lifestyle. An adventurist at heart, she is always open to trying new things, especially if it means she doesn’t have to get on a treadmill! In addition to yoga, Jen has been skydiving, white water rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, surfing, and scuba diving. When she found Vertical Fitness Dallas, she naturally fell in love with aerial silks and pole fitness.
Jen has a BS in Vertebrate Zoology from Texas A&M. After graduating, she moved to the Big Island of Hawaii where she worked as a dolphin trainer for 2 years. She also has travelled to Australia and Fiji, where she spent time as an environmental volunteer.
Vertical Fitness Dallas has provided Jen with the fun, exciting, up-for-anything workout she has always enjoyed. She teaches the Flex, Stretch and Melt class in which she helps students move deeper into their own levels of flexibility and strength. She also provides fun opportunities for partner work, where we learn to trust each other as we float and fly!
