Laurie Reynolds
Laurie has always enjoyed staying physically active. While serving in the US Military for 3 years, she was challenged to push her fitness level to new heights. After leaving the military, she continued to stay active and fit by running in local 5K and 10K races. Laurie also loves to ski, hunt and scuba dive. She has been active in Pole Fitness for 2 years and participated in the 1st Annual Miss Texas Pole Star Competition.
Laurie holds a BS in Education, majoring in Biology and Elementary Education. She taught in the Public School System for 7 years. She was also a girls volleyball and softball coach.
Laurie came to Vertical Fitness Dallas as a student in search of a challenging Fitness workout different from her boring gym routine. Two years ago she took her first pole class and began the Isagenix Nutritional Cleansing Program. Laurie has now lost 30lbs with Pole Fitness workouts at Vertical Fitness Dallas and the Isagenix Nutritional Program. She is now an instructor for Vertical Fitness Dallas.
After her first Pole Class, Laurie was hooked on Pole Fitness. It is the perfect combination of her inner Diva (her feminine power which she had suppressed for so long) with a challenging physical workout. Pole Fitness is her ultimate way to stay in shape, be continually challenged and express herself. Laurie’s enthusiasm and love for for Pole is contagious as she help her students find their power and confidence everyday.
